Todoist Google Tasks Sync is a personal integration used only by its owner to synchronize Todoist tasks and Google Tasks. Reclaim may consume Google Tasks through the owner's separately configured Reclaim account.
The service accesses task titles, notes, due dates, hierarchy, completion state, and sync identifiers needed to perform the requested task synchronization. It may read Google Calendar event metadata only for diagnostic purposes associated with the owner's Reclaim task schedule; it does not write Google Calendar events.
Sync configuration and access credentials are stored in the owner's Google Apps Script properties. Task mapping metadata is retained in a Google Sheet controlled by the owner. Task content remains in the owner's Todoist and Google accounts. Data is retained only as long as the owner keeps the integration and its mapping ledger.
Google user data is used only to provide this synchronization. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes. The integration does not permit public users or public data access.
The owner may revoke the application's Google access in Google Account security settings and may delete the Apps Script project and the mapping ledger. The owner can also remove data from Todoist or Google Tasks using those services.
